To have four weeks to asses the market and in that time frame be presented with multiple offers, learn what levels buyers are prepared to pay, see which buyers are ready to purchase on a clean contract to secure their home or is the property you’re selling more suited to a buying market that requires conditions? All in all why wouldn’t you take the time and give your client the chance to have every opportunity presented to them instead of being so anxious to get the deal done. ⠀
